Hello & Welcome

I am a Meditation teacher based in Liverpool providing specialist courses on Meditation or Mindfulness to schools, businesses and individual clients throughout Merseyside. I have been practising meditation for over 40 years and have studied with different masters worldwide. I practice what I teach at a personal level and encourage others to integrate meditation into their daily lives.

My teaching experience over the last 20 years has ranged from primary school level up to Masters courses at University and has taken me all over the world. I am CRB checked, fully insured and can provide supporting testimonials and references from clients.

I am passionate about Meditation and the many benefits it brings, not only in the short term, but for life. Most of my clients come from word of mouth recommendation, many become regular clients because through Meditation they have found a way to . . .
